Cape Town – South African songstress Babes Wodumo recently shared a personal WhatsApp message sent to late husband, Big Naz member Mampintsha, who tragically passed away in December 2022 due to complications from a stroke.
Taking to social media, Babes poured out her emotions by posting a heartfelt voice note, recorded in November 2023, where she tearfully expressed her love for Mampintsha.
“Ngifuna wazi into eyodwa. Ngiyakuthanda. Ngizohlale ngikuthanda. Ngiyakuthanda mntwana. Ngiyazi ukuthi awuyithandi uma ngikhala kodwa ngiyakuthanda (I want you to know one thing. I love you. I will always love you. I love you baby. I know you don’t like it when I cry but I love you)” her trembling voice could be heard saying.

Upon the clip’s initial posting, fans were quick to shower Babes’ comment section with messages of love and encouragement as she navigates the path of healing.
