Cape Town – South African former finance minister Tito Mboweni has called out Kaya 959 radio host and comedian Skhumba Hlophe for making jokes about his culinary skills and wardrobe style.
On his show, In The Morning, on Tuesday, Hlophe and his colleagues made fun of Mboweni.
In a snippet video that has been circulating on social media, Hlophe is heard comparing Mboweni’s chicken stew to dirty bathwater.

“I need the contact details of that jester: Skhumba.. Wa delela swinene!! I want to deal with him strong!,” wrote Mboweni.

Successful in his mission to find Skhumba, Mboweni again took to Twitter to update his followers on his progress.
“I found him. That jester Skhumbana. Now about to deal with him. He should leave my shoes and cooking alone,” Skhumba wrote in a follow-up tweet.
