Cape Town – Veteran TV presenter and journalist Derek Watts has received many wishes of love and support after he suffered a severe sepsis.
Watts shared a picture of himself on Twitter lying in a hospital bed with ECG (Electrocardiogram) patches on his body. He told fans that he had collapsed and later diagnosed with sepsis, which affected his ability to walk.
He posted an update thanking the Carte Blanche team for stepping in for him and told fans that he’s now walking unsupported again.
