Cape Town — South African actress Khanyi Mbau often finds herself in the headlines due to her high-profile celebrity status, but it’s not always for the right reasons.
Khanyi has made headlines for multiple controversial topics, including whitening her skin and changing her look drastically from her earlier acting days.
She has beautiful looks that attract many suitors and she has had her fair share of relationship trouble through the years.
Despite just being 38-years old, The South African reported on her previous relationships and her failed marriages.
According to the report, in 2007, Khanyi made headlines when she started dating multi-millionaire, Mandla Mthembu. Despite their 30-year age gap, they reportedly got married but Khanyi called it quits after Mthembu had gone broke and faced financial troubles in 2008.

Khanyi then had an affair with businessman Theunis Crous in 2009 and after dating briefly, they called it quits in 2010. In the backdrop of their relationship, Crous said dating Khanyi was a mistake, calling her a liar and a manipulator, the report said.
Khanyi then found love with Tebogo Lerole in 2010 and the two were one of Mzansi’s strongest couples. However, it was reported that the two had trouble in paradise. After dating for a decade, their colourful affair went south, and the two called it quits in 2020.
Khanyi is now currently dating Zimbabwean-born businessman Kudzai Mushonga since 2021 and the pair have been going strong with the pair not shying away from showing love to each other on social media.
