Cape Town – South African musician, Master KG is grateful to be alive following a frightening experience he had when the engine of a Turkish Airlines flight he was on exploded just after take-off from Istanbul.
The “Jerusalema” hitmaker described the incident as his “worst… experience ever”, revealing that when he saw flames coming out of the engine, he thought “it was over”.
“Damm this BS Flight @TurkishAirlines left side engine just exploded just after we take off from instanbul l!We had to round for 4hours So it can lower the fuel level so we can land back at the airport…for a minute I thought it was over! GOD is Amazing big up to the Pilots,” he wrote.
