Cape Town – After the Covid-19 pandemic prevented them from touring South Africa in April 2020, renowned soul group Boyz II Men will finally make their way to South Africa for three shows, much to the delight of South African music fans countrywide.
The group had initially postponed the original tour to March 2021 but had to reschedule until now. G21 Entertainment are organising the show and announced the dates and venues for the tour on their Twitter page.
The South African tour will start in Cape Town on Tuesday, October 31, 2023, at the Grand Arena, GrandWest, followed by an appearance in Pretoria at the SunBet Arena, Time Square, on Thursday, November 02, and will conclude in North West at the Superbowl in Sun City on Saturday, November 04, 2023.

The Citizen reported G21 Entertainment frontman Glen Netshipise saying: “We are elated to finally kick off the tour in South Africa later this year. Boyz II Men promised their fans a killer live show shortly before the pandemic, and now keeping true to that promise, now that it’s safe to do so. With three shows planned around the country, we look forward to delivering yet another quality production with this multiple award-winning music outfit.”
Tickets are available at Ticketpro and they range from R690 to R1 790 for the respective shows. G21 Entertainment said that tickets from the cancelled 2020 and 2021 shows are still valid and people can contact Ticketpro to exchange their old tickets for new ones.

Boyz II Men was actually coming to South Africa. Bought tickets & all, excited. And then Covid happened and it was cancelled. I never got my refund. So I wonder what happens with that.
