Cape Town – South African actor and Kwaito musician Brian “Bruno” Majola’s death has sent shockwaves on Twitter.
According to Sunday World, the news was confirmed on Tuesday by Pardon Makamu, a family friend.
“I can confirm that he is late. I am still waiting for more details from his family who will release a statement later today,” said Makamu as quoted by the report.
Another source close to Bruno, said he died on Monday and that he was discovered by his girlfriend.

The cause of his death was not yet known.
In the early 2000s, Bruno was part of the kwaito duo Gumshev which released a debut album, Straight out of prison.
He went on to work with some of the big names in the industry such as Zola 7, Dj Cleo, Pro Kid, Brown Dash, and others.
Bruno further ventured into acting, where he made an appearance on e.tv’s Ekasi: Our Stories, Inkaba and most recently, Rhythm City.
