Cape Town — South African influencer Mihlali Ndamase has spoken out against the haters who claimed she’s only with her boyfriend, businessman Leeroy Sidambe, for his money.
Mihlali and Leeroy have been involved in a highly-publicised and controversial relationship since 2022 after it was revealed that Leeroy was still going through his divorce when the two started dating.
According to TimesLIVE, Mihlali appeared on Unfollowed with Thembekile Mrototo where she said she was a talking point because people want to find fault with her.
“The only thing I will say about that is that when people have nothing to come at you about then they are going to find something to constantly dig at you, they are going to try to find something that may be a weakness that they’ll constantly dig at you, and honestly people’s opinions have nothing to do with my reality.” she said,

Mihlali also said she was in a very happy relationship with Leeroy and dismissed the idea that she was with him because of his money..
“I have my own money. Are you mad. I’m in a happy relationship, and I’m very much in love and that’s all people should know.”
Leeroy made headlines when an Instagram Live video of him started circulating on X. In the video, he admitted Mihlali was the love of his lfie and it was in fact she who spoils him.
“Shoutout to my beautiful wife, Mihlali Ndamase. That woman, yoh! That woman is like everything to me. My number one love. Mihlali makes me crazy because of the way I love her. I love Mihlali. I so love Mihlali,” he said.
