Cape Town – Following allegations and rumours that actress Katlego Danke and South African billionaire Patrice Motsepe have an affair, the businessman has finally spoken up to set the record straight.
Motsepe, who is the Confederation of African Football (CAF) president, and the owner of Mamelodi Sundowns, strongly denied that he is romantically involved with Danke.
He dismissed rumours that he’s the father of Danke’s child.
In a statement released by Bowmans Attorneys on behalf of Motsepe, said that the allegations were ‘false’ and ‘fake news’.
“On behalf of Dr Patrice Motsepe, we put on record that the allegations in the media that Dr Patrice Motsepe has children or a relationship with Ms Katlego Danke are absolutely false and are fake news. These allegations are defamatory and expose the disseminators of these false and untrue allegations to legal liability,” they said.
Meanwhile, Danke appeared on MetroFM and was asked to sum up her life right now. She was asked:”if you had to caption your life right now, what would that caption be, be honest?” – to which Danke replied “Linhlawla (a joke)”.

Motsepe is married to Dr Precious Moloi, who is a physician and fashion entrepreneur. The couple were married 34 years ago and have three children together.
