Dr Brian breaks silence: ‘Minnie didn’t cheat!’ – Shock split wasn’t about infidelity

Cape Town – Plastic surgeon Dr Brian Monaisa has denied rumours that his breakup with media personality Minnie Dlamini was due to infidelity.

The couple split just weeks after going public with their relationship, prompting speculation — especially after Dr Brian posted a cryptic Instagram story, according to MDN News.

He, according to the report, shared a photo of two women standing alongside a cardboard sign that read: “I’m sorry, Brian, I’ll never cheat again.”

In a statement, he clarified that their separation was due to personal reasons and not cheating, emphasising that the rumours are false and harmful to Minnie’s reputation.

“It is not in my nature to entertain rumours, however this specific rumour is malicious and has the potential to taint Ms Dlamini’s reputation in circumstances where the rumours are devoid of any truth,” he said in a statement on his timeline.

“Ms Dlamini and I had a beautiful relationship which sadly came to an end purely for personal reasons which had nothing to do with infidelity by either party. While our romantic relationship has come to an end, there remains mutual respect between Ms Dlamini and I.”

Minnie has not commented publicly, and both have removed each other’s photos from Instagram.
