Cape Town — DJ Zinhle, has responded strongly to the critics who condemned her family dynamics and has finally addressed the social media comments.
According to a report by TimesLIVE, Zinhle’s husband, Morda, became a hot topic on social media when he was spotted wearing an AKA tribute t-shirt as part of the Cultish collaboration. Many fans deemed this choice inappropriate.
Zinhle, who is a mother to two children, namely Kairo Forbes from her previous relationship with AKA and Asante, her child with Morda, took to Twitter to address the critics who questioned her and Morda’s approach, emphasising that their actions were in the best interest of the children.

Some of the criticism Zinhle received was that it appeared as though she was spending more time with AKA’s family than Morda’s family since AKA’s death.
“I feel like a lot of people have a lot of opinions about situations they’ve never been in. Guys I’m still gonna shock people. I even joked with Nadia and said when your boyfriend comes, he must come here we are all a blended family. I don’t get why South Africans are so scared of getting along,” she said.
