Cape Town – South African DJ and actress Thulisile Phongolo, best known as “Thuli P”, has reportedly cancelled all her gigs after she tested positive for Covid-19.
Phongolo took to her Twitter page to release a statement confirming that she indeed tested positive for the Coronavirus and will no longer be able to attend her gigs as scheduled.

“It is with great sadness to inform you that I have unfortunately tested for COVID-19 and will no longer be able to fulfill my engagements. I have taken the necessary safety precautions by self-isolating and taking the medication prescribed by the doctor. Always remember to stay safe and take all the necessary COVID-19 precautions. With love, Thuli,” Phongolo’s statement reads.

The DJ was lined up to perform at various places including Cape Town and Soshanguve and Polokwane to name a few.
