Cape Town – Award-winning South African DJ and entrepreneur Zinhle Jiyane, popularly known as DJ Zinhle, successfully opened another Era by DJ Zinhle store in Pavilion Mall, Durban over the weekend.
She took to her Instagram page to express her gratitude to all those who came to support her on her new store’s grand opening.

“I don’t even know what to say, today was so special. A big thank you to everyone who was at the @erabydjzinhle Pavilion Mall store launch. I am so grateful.
Polokwane is next,” wrote Zinhle.

According to the official Era by DJ Zihle website, the brand was founded in 2012.
It started out as a timepiece-specific brand that has now expanded into a wide range of accessories.
In 2020, Zinhle launched the Era vision line, a capsule collection of unisex sunglasses.
Due to the demand for the products, she has opened three physical stores in Johannesburg and one in Durban. She is set to open another one in Polokwane.

Jiyane is no newbie to the entrepreneurial world, as she also owns an alcoholic beverage called Boulevard, a hair company called Hair Majesty and an Airbnb apartment just to name a few, according to TimesLIVE.
The opening was graced by celebrities such as SA rapper Nomuzi Mabena and Zinhle’e baby daddy Bongani Mohosana. Customers were also queued outside the store, waiting to be let inside and get their favourite era pieces.
