Cape Town — South African rapper and actress Boity Thulo has revealed she has plans to do a second season of her hit show Own Your Throne.
Boity has been busy lately after she made her return to music. This was after she shared a video rapping a freestyle, which led to SA rapper Emtee to reach out for a collaboration, and just days later, the two were in the studio cooking up some new music together.
Boity spoke to TimesLIVE and gave insight into what fans can expect from the new season as well as addressing many of her past issues and relationships.
She also spoke about working in the industry, making music again and releasing old music, and working with her team that has stayed with her through her journey.
“I am working on the reality show. That is coming for sure. I can finally say that. I haven’t been sure for a while but now I am sure. I’m an advocate for speaking out, being honest, and letting people in because I am in control of the narrative,” the report quoted her as saying.

She has also stayed tight-lipped on certain issues in her life, including her highly-publicised brawl with Bujy Bikwa and her break-up with Anton Jefta but said that she plans on telling fans everything in her own time and space and on her own platforms too.
“At my own time I will have a conversation, and I want to address everything on my own platforms and in spaces where I control the narrative. Anything people have questions about regarding anything — and I know people have questions about a lot that I have not touched on — I want to use my own platforms to confront those things. The time will come, and it will be in a controlled environment,” she said.
