Cape Town – South Africa’s Ndlovu Youth Choir has once again made Mzansi proud after they took to the America’s Got Talent All Stars stage and delivered a stellar performance.
The choir made a lasting impression on American audiences after they made it to the finals of America’s Got Talent in 2019, becoming part of the top 16 acts of all time and competing in a special instalment of the show.
“We were selected as one of the top 60 acts of all time and look forward to sharing the stage with talented performers from around the world,” the choir wrote on its Instagram page.
It was an all-star show that took place on Monday, with the choir delivering a stellar performance that blew the American audience away.
The choir carried the South African flag high as they performed an original song titled We Will Rise instead of doing a cover.

To put the icing on the cake, the choir received a letter from American singer-songwriter, and “rock and roll legend”, Stevie Nicks who was full of praise for the group’s performance.
“I just want to congratulate you on your brilliant and moving performance last night on America’s Got Talent. It made me feel like maybe – someday, with your help – the whole world will rise again. You are the world!”
Nicks also asked if she could join the choir.
