Cape Town – Bheki Cele made an appearance in a video posted on Instagram by Shauwn ‘MaMkhize’ Mkhize that has recently gained momentum as the pair were mentioned in court documents by Sithelo Shozi on Sunday.
“As we slowly start to cement ourselves in the New Year, I want to urge everyone to make time for their loved ones. I spent the first day of this year with my family and I wouldn’t have had it any other way,” MaMkhize wrote on an Instagram post.
“I live for moments like these, surrounded by those who matter most to me.
“Grateful & Highly Favoured,” she added.
The pair are reportedly family friends.

MaMkhize and her son, Andile Mpisane, are being accused of alleged child abduction, with the matter being taken to the high court in Johannesburg by Shozi.
According to TimesLIVE, Shozi is looking for an interim court order declaring her three-year-old daughter was “unlawfully and unconstitutionally” abducted and wants her child to be returned to her immediately.
The report said that she is also seeking an interdict that prevents Mpisane and his mom from removing her children from her home without her written consent.
Shozi reportedly also cited Police Minister Bheki Cele as the third respondent. However, no allegations were made against him.
She claimed in the court papers that she has been restricted from visiting her daughter since March last year, when she was taken away from her.
According to The Citizen, Andile was accused of being abusive during his relationship with Shozi with whom he has two children with.
The publisher reported that MaMkhize’s lawyer, Ntsako Godi, denied abducting the child and will be opposing the application. He also reportedly said that Shozi’s affidavit was “attention-seeking” because of its mention of Cele with no allegations.
