Cape Town – South African turntables expert DJ Waffles is becoming an international sensation, touring Australia last week and performing in America where she linked up with American hip-hop star, Chance the Rapper.
After doing shows in Australia, blowing away audiences, and expanding her fan base down under, she moved on to the American leg of her international journey.
“US tour has officially commenced ?super excited to rock with y’all,” she said in a post on Instagram.
Diplo, an American DJ and music producer, commented on her post saying, “we are hyped … see u in Miami,” showing the Mzansi DJ’s pedigree and the worldwide attention she has garnered.

After the Chicago leg of her American tour, DJ Waffles shared her time in the American City. The pictures show how she wowed the American crowd not only with her skills as a DJ but also with her charisma as an entertainer.
She also shared a picture of her with Chance The Rapper, showing how her popularity is growing overseas as well. It may be fair to say that she is doing well representing South Africa.
