Cape Town – Tshegetso Reabetswe Kungwane, better known as The Big Hash, has made headlines in the South African hip hop industry after learning that the song High Level will be featured in the latest version of the popular soccer game, FIFA 23.
According to Kaya959, it’s been a good month for South African Hip Hop. In addition to Hash featuring on FIFA 23, fellow South African musicians have also been in the spotlight, with AKA releasing his best song in years and K.O going double platinum.
Proud of his accomplishment, an ecstatic Big Hash took to social media to express his delight.
“Mama I made it to FIFA 23,” the rapper said.

Hash’s rise to popularity began in 2019 following the release of his breakout single Circles, The South African reported.
Since then, the 22-year-old has collaborated with the likes of A-Reece, Flame, Tshego and the late Riky Rick.
Many SA hip-hop fans took to Twitter to show the artist their support.
