Cape Town – South African award-winning musician, Ndivhudzannyi Ralivhona, popularly known as Makhadzi, has come to the rescue of musician Dr Malinga.
This is after Dr Malinga broke down during an interview with Mac G on Podcast and Chill, as he opened up about his financial struggles.
The singer shared details about his more than R2 million debt with Sars that led to the repossession and auction of his furniture.
He recalled how no one helped him during his time of need.
Following the interview, fans offered to donate to the star.
The Limpopo-born star took to her Twitter timeline asking her followers to help her find Dr Malinga’s management, as she would like him to perform at her one-woman show.
I would like dr malinga to come perform at my one woman show . I sent a DM for sure he didn’t see it. I really want to support him from bottom of my heart ❤️. Anyone with management contact please DM me.

She promised not to exploit Malinga.
“I finally got Dr Malinga. I promise to not exploit him but to share the little I have with him. God must bless and protect us artists we have been going through a lot during Covid-19. We all suffered,” wrote Makhadzi.
