Cape Town – South African DJ and businesswoman Zinhle Jiyane says she takes all customer feedback seriously.
This comes after she received backlash on social media after a customer left a negative review on TikTok about a wig she purchased from Hair Majesty by DJ Zinhle.
The customer claimed in the video shared by celebrity gossip Musa Khawula that the weave was only delivered to her after she complained to customer service.
“Making matters worse my order was sent to the Nothern Cape. I live in Gauteng. I eventually received my order on Friday. I’m sure they used a fly-by-night courier service,” said the customer.
When she saw the video, Zinhle took to Twitter to say she had contacted the customer and was dealing with the situation.

“This must be the first time in history that a business receives a bad review… just so you know, I have contacted the customer and we are dealing with it. Further than that I cant help you guys,” Zinhle wrote.
Many people were offended by her response, as they believed that she sounded “arrogant”.
As a result, the DJ changed her tune and issued an official statement in which she said that she was humbled by the recent events and that she took all feedback seriously.
“As a businesswoman, I’m humbled by recent events and want to take this opportunity to inform you that we are taking all feedback seriously and are doing everything in our power to ensure that our customer promises are being met,” said Zinhle.
