Cape Town – A video of Operation Dudula Movement leader, Nhlanhla “Lux” Dlamini in military gear and holding an assault rifle on a treadmill has resurfaced on social media.
In the video posted by the Soweto Parliament Facebook page in July last year, Dlamini is seen performing what looks like a battlefield exercise.
It is still not clear what the video was for and Dlamini has not commented on it.
“The best thing we can do as Africans is to unite and defend/fight for the communities we live in instead of going out to try save the country or the world.
Dlamini is well known for leading the Operation Dudula Movement protest actions aimed at fighting fight crime and illegal foreigners in communities.
Dlamini was arrested earlier this year after members of his movement allegedly ransacked a Soweto resident’s home.
