Cape Town – South African musician, producer and parody artist David Scott, popularly known as “The Kiffness”, has made a hilarious remix of Police Minister Bheki Cele’s “shut up” or “get out” rant.
This is after the minister’s video telling Action Society director Ian Cameron to “shut up” during a community meeting in Gugulethu on Tuesday went viral on social media.
Cele was meeting with Gugulethu and Nyanga residents to engage them on the increasing crime in communities.
Cameron chastised Cele for ‘politicising crime’, claiming that victims wanted justice and that ordinary South Africans affected by high crime rates were unconcerned about his views on the constitution and devolution.
Cameron’s remarks irritated Cele, and a “shouting match” ensued between the two.

Cameron was eventually forcibly removed from the venue by police.
The Kiffness took to Twitter and said that his fans asked for the remix of the “shouting match”.
“Ok everyone, despite being in the middle of moving house, I have heard your cries & I will remix Bheki Cele’s Shut Up rant by the end of the work day,” wrote The Kiffness in a tweet.
