Rapper AKA pleads with billionaire Elon Musk to help with SA’s electricity crisis

Cape Town – In response to Eskom moving load-shedding to stage 6 on Tuesday, South African rapper, AKA decided to make his move to help with the situation.

On his Twitter page, the rapper pleaded with South African-born and US billionaire, Elon Musk to help with SA’s electricity woes.

He put in a sir and reminded the US billionaire of his roots “being born here and all” as he made his case.

“Excuse me sir @elonmusk. I cannot for the life of me understand why the government hasn’t approached you to come help us out with this electricity crisis, but is there any chance you could perhaps do us a solid, you know, with you being born here and all,” he tweeted.
“Please @elonmusk I know you have a solution for load shedding … do it for your country … your original one,” he wrote on a follow up tweet with a crying emoji.

It wasn’t long before tweeps trolled him, saying he was as irrelevant to Elon Musk as ordinary South Africans were to him.
