Cape Town – South African musician Thokozani Ndlovu, popularly known as L’vovo Derrango, is finally out of the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
L’vovo was reportedly involved in a car accident in Newcastle, KwaZulu-Natal in May.
Reports indicated that he was driving alone in his silver VW Polo at the time of the accident.
“I was driving home alone on Tuesday night when a tipper truck drove straight to me. I couldn’t avoid a head-on collision,” Sunday World quoted him as saying at the time.
L’vovo recently revealed that he was now out of the ICU and had started “attending classes that will help me to walk”, IOL reported.

According to Isolezwe, the accident damaged his hip.
The report said that he had surgery where a metal plate was inserted in the injured area to boost speedy healing.
“Surviving the accident showed me that I still have a lot to do on earth,” L’vovo said, as quoted by the report.
Taking to Instagram, the star wished everyone a safe weekend, as he thanked a family member who had visited him at the hospital.
“Enjoy your weekend be safe thanks to bafo @sinothi_ndlovu for coming… #roadtorecovery,” he wrote.
