Cape Town – Babes Wodumo is set to return to television with her new reality show, Wena Wodumo, premiering on Moja Love (DStv channel 157) on March 29.
The show follows her journey of rebuilding her life after the death of her husband, Mampintsha.
Accordin to The Citizen, Babes said the show is deeply personal, documenting her experiences as a widow, artist, and mother.
Unlike her previous reality show, Uthando Lodumo, which featured Mampintsha, this season focuses on her navigating grief, family conflicts, and personal struggles.
She shared that adjusting to life without Mampintsha has been tough, especially returning home without his presence. Through it all, she has relied on her family for support.
“My journey is finally gonna be revealed in public🙏From the 1st day of being a widow💔My crying days, misbelief, trauma, depression, conflicts & heartbreaks everything will be aired on the show,” she wrote in a post on Instagram.
Beyond television, Babes is also working on new music and plans to release Mampintsha’s unreleased tracks to honour his legacy.
