Cape Town — Siya Kolisi and his family enjoyed a beautiful and scenic holiday in Zimbabwe as they enjoyed the sights and sounds South Africa’s neighbours have to offer.
Siya, along with his two kids – Nicholas (10) and Keziah (7), and his two siblings, Liyema and Liphelo, travelled to Zimbabwe on a family holiday to explore Zimbabwean safaris and take a trip to the iconic Victoria Falls.
Siya shared pictures and videos from the trip including swimming in the Victoria Falls, a helicopter ride overlooking Zimbabwe and a safari ride. However, it was the final slide of Siya’s post that had captured the attention of his followers.
He uploaded a video with a powerful quote asking others to trust in God and the plans He has for you.
“God isn’t asking you to have it all figured out. He is asking you to trust that he already has. The Lord says in the book of Isiah that ‘my thoughts are not your thoughts, and my ways are not your ways. As high as the heavens are above the Earth, so are my thoughts higher than your thoughts and my ways higher than your ways. See that thing that you’re worried about? God already has it figured out. He’s already ahead of you. He’s already made a way for you. And you can rest your head against the pillow at night because he is good. He is sovereign and he is always faithful to his children,” read the quote.
