Cape Town — Following their high-profile split, Siya and Rachel Kolisi are now moving on with their respective lives and ensuring the best for their two kids, Nicolas (10) and Keziah (7).
The Kolisi’s shocked South Africa when they announced their split in October and due to their fame, fans have continued to watch their lives and what they have been up to. While Siya has remained focused on captaining the Springboks to a record season, Rachel has remained quieter on social media.
However, in her most recent Instagram post, she gave her fans and followers a glimpse of her life since the split, explaining that she is currently going through a healing process.
“Healing is not liner. Keep going,” she wrote in the caption.
She posted a series of pictures of the kids and a few quotes to keep her going through the healing process. Most of the quotes were inspirational quotes which highlighted her growth, healing and her path to becoming a better person.
“I will never forget those who gave me a hard time when I was already having a hard time,” another post said.
“Leave a little happiness everywhere you go,” another quote said.
“If you don’t know what to pursue in life right now, pursue yourself. Pursue becoming the healthiest, happiest, most healed, most present, most confident version of yourself. Then the right path will reveal itself,” she added.
“This is not your practice life. This is all there is,” she said.
“Whoever abandoned you in the middle of the ocean has no right to know what the sharks did to you or how you made it to shore,” her final post read.
