‘We praise the EFF, the people’s party’ – Ndlozi reaffirms loyalty to EFF

Cape Town – EFF MP Mbuyiseni Ndlozi has reaffirmed his commitment to the party amid speculation surrounding his future as the EFF’s December elective conference approaches.

With the recent departure of former leaders like Floyd Shivambu, Dali Mpofu, and Busisiwe Mkhwebane to Jacob Zuma’s MK Party, rumours have circulated about Ndlozi’s potential candidacy for the vacant EFF deputy president role or a possible exit.

Ndlozi has remained steadfast in his loyalty to the EFF, sharing a video from a previous youth rally and praising the party publicly.

“Unequivocal,” he captioned the video, showing him at the EFF’s Gauteng youth voter registration event last year, which drew thousands of young attendees.

In a subsequent public post, he wrote: “Asinamona, Asinanzondo, siyayidumisa iEFF! Umbutho wabantu! [We are not jealous, we do not hate, we praise the EFF, the people’s party].”

While some youth leaders, including the now-expelled Kganki Mphahlele, voiced support for Ndlozi’s bid for deputy president, party leader Julius Malema has reportedly shown preference for Godrich Gardee for the position.

Malema recently noted that, despite rumours, Ndlozi has defended the EFF’s integrity both publicly and internally, though he has not directly commented on Shivambu’s exit or recent leadership changes.
