Cape Town – Secretary-general of the MK Party Sifiso Maseko has resigned just two months after assuming the role.
He cited employment conditions and upcoming changes in public service regulations as reasons for his decision.
Maseko clarified that he remains committed to the party and is open to future roles that don’t involve official office positions.
“I will be available for any deployment by the MK Party leadership but not in the capacity of being an office-bearer due to imminent changes in the legislative framework to be applicable to public servants.”

His resignation took effect on November 4.
