Cape Town – Former president Jacob Zuma is set to face an ANC disciplinary hearing on 17 July 2024.
The hearing will be held virtually and was initially scheduled for May but postponed due to security concerns before the elections.

Zuma, now leading the uMkhonto weSizwe (MK) party, is charged with two counts of contravening ANC rules, including endorsing the MK party and appearing on its candidate list, which breaches the ANC’s constitution.
The ANC opted for a virtual hearing to address the issues without risking violence or further delays.
