Cape Town – Rachel Kolisi, wife of Springboks captain and Racing 92 player Siya Kolisi, recently revealed that she had taken a social media break and urges others to do the same.
Taking to Instagram, the mom-of-two who now resides in Paris, shared a post surrounding her unintentional social media recess.
Speaking to her 537k followers, she highlighted how much she needed the break and that she did lots of praying during her time away.
“I took a very unintentional but MUCH needed break from social media. And did a whole lot of praying ⬆️ ❤️. Feels kind of awkward doing a posts again actually 😂. I have some amazing things coming up that I’m excited to share with you all,” Rachel wrote.
“But mostly here to encourage you. If you haven’t taken a break from SM lately – I HIGHLY recommend it. The chaos around us will continue, peace has almost become a privilege, prioritise it,” she continued.
