She has been busy on X, criticising the event organisers, as well as responding to the haters who came for her int he comments section. She did not hold back with her views and continued to make homophobic comments, which she later apologised for.
“Ngonile with my homophobic remarks ngiyaxolisa that was uncalled for,” she said.

Kelly’s grievances appeared to have started when gospel singer, Ntokozo Mbambo, won Female Artist of the Year award on Saturday. She claimed that the votes were rigged and that Ntokozo did not deserve to win on the night. This caused outrage and many fans responded to her comments, but Kelly hit back and doubled down.
““She knows she doesn’t deserve it. Numbers don’t lie… Even Ntokozo knows that numbers don’t lie! We are not scared of her. Fuseg Samas,” she wrote in a now-deleted X post, ECR reported.
For every comment made towards her, Kelly had a response and was relentless in trying to defend herself for what she said.
To double down on her stance, she uploaded a video singing her hit song, Emaweni, while laying in bed, still unfazed by the people coming for her.
