Cape Town — Eswatini-born Amapiano DJ Uncle Waffles continues to grow in the industry after she announced her first ever international headline show.
Uncle Waffles took to her social media and announced that she was going to be performing her very first international show at The Great Hall in Brooklyn, New York.
She posted the promotional video with a number of women dancing and partying around.
The show is set for 22 September 2023.

Uncle Waffles’ stock has risen exponentially in a short space of time. She released her debut album Red Dragon last year, and followed it up with her second, Asylum, earlier this year.
The South African reported the DJ has also performed at Coachella, Afronation and Boiler Room. She was also recently nominated for a BET award for Best International act, which was won by Nigerian afrobeats artist, Burna Boy.
She has also received international praise from the likes of American singers Ciara and Kelly Rowland.
