Cape Town – South African rapper Cassper Nyovest has announced that his new album will be released in July and is a celebration of longevity.
As one of the biggest names in the SA music industry, Nyovest burst onto the scene with his hit song Doc Shebeleza in 2014 and has established himself as one of the more experienced names in music, dropping more albums and picking up many awards along the way.
Nyovest said his next project is called Solomon and celebrates his longevity, possibly alluding to his time in the industry. The announcement stirred excitement among his fans.

According to TimesLIVE, he had been dropping hints throughout the year about dropping a fire album.
“This album is perfect. I might not drop a single. I might just drop the whole project so it’s received in context. I don’t want confusion, so the song dropping before the album isn’t a single. It’s a campaign. It’s a dope song, but it’s not the sound of the album.” he said
Nyovest said that he still wanted to have an influence and keep making money in the industr. He added that he never wanted to fall off and be a burden to others and that he prayed he would not see that day.
