Cape Town – Hungani and Stephanie Ndlovu recently celebrated their daughter Rhulani’s first birthday.
The couple took to social media to share their special moments and images from the birthday party.
“It feels like it was yesterday when I was in those scrubs and my superwoman of a wife was giving birth to our beautiful, smart, food-loving, caring, strong, passionate Rhulani,” Hungani wrote on Instagram.

The pair, however, chose not to reveal their daughter’s face to the public.
They said that this decision was motivated by a desire to protect her and maintain some privacy in their lives, considering the impact of living in the spotlight.
While they haven’t ruled out the possibility of showing Rhulani’s face in the future, they currently feel it’s unnecessary and prefer to shield her from the public eye, Times Live reported.
“That’s how we feel right now that we don’t want to show her and that may or may not change,” Stephanie said.
“I think it’s a lot already, having our lives in the spotlight … it really affects ones way of living. So I think when it comes to ‘Rhu’, I think for me it’s not necessary, but its also a form of protection from my side,” Hungani said.
